Graphic Designer & Illustrator

I’m a graphic designer and illustrator with a focus on branding, visual communication, and storytelling through images. I enjoy the creative process of exploring ideas and transforming them into clear, engaging visual solutions.

My work includes brand identity, public awareness campaigns, editorial design, and character illustration. I’m especially interested in projects where design and illustration come together to communicate meaningful messages and connect with people.

Originally from Mexico and currently based in Ireland, I continue developing my practice in digital media, illustration, and visual storytelling while collaborating on creative projects.

Education

I made the decision to pursue a master’s degree after a few years of working in the field and building up my experience to improve my skills. This gave me the opportunity to test my skills in new directions and explore talents I had been attempting to hone in order to get into this line of work and which I am still studying, including web design and animation.

Publishing design was one of the aspects of graphic design that I found appealing. After completing my degree, I looked into this field, and a few years later I discovered an opportunity to enroll in a publishing design diploma program.

My interest in graphic design as a career was piqued during my final semester of high school when I read the book “Funky Business”, which was a major factor in my decision to begin my university studies. That I studied from 2005 to 2008 in Mexicali, B.C., Mexico, my hometown.
